A kickstarter waiting to happen: Infinity

So, for those of you who haven't heard of the massive online collaboration known originally as "Infinity: The Quest for Earth", a game engine that purportedly has a realistically sized galaxy with massive, highly detailed procedurally generated worlds, their kickstarter is going to have a release soon.  Not only that, they expect to have development finished within the year!

the kickstarter isn't for infinity though, it is just a dog fighting game set in the universe with some of the engine features.. not the full thing. As they need cash after nearly a decade of development.
