Can not login to Metaverse

Greetings. I have an Account by Stardock since many years. Now i have installed GC 1 again. But when i try to login in the Metaverse from GC 1, always an errormessage appears like passwort/username not correct. When i cklick "forgot Passwordß", then i will redirected to the Stardock main site.

But login with the same Account to Metaverse from GC 2 and the main site from Stardock are no Problem. I have tested to create a new account with a different Mailadress, but there i have the same Problem. Is the Metaverse from GC 1 closed?

Same thing here. I fired up GalCiv 1 last weekend and the Metaverse comes up with the following error every time I try to login:

"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator."
