Two Bugs I've Found so far.

The first is included in this screenshot:

The second appears to be someone made a typo in the code with the Preparedness Center. The tooltip says that it gives only +25% resistance while the planet, once constructed, says that it gains +215% resistance from the building under the resistance tooltip for the planet.

#2 is the fact that the Preparedness Center gets an insane boost from adjacency. It does only provide 25% on its own, but it gets like 70% per point of adjacency.
