1.0 crashes immediately in multi-player

As soon it displays something about transferring custom ships the game crashes to desktop, no errors or anything.  Tried multiple times.  Anyone else having this problem?

Pleae create a ticket

For support where examining saves is required, names of ships, planets and starbases, etc, are extremely helpful in their attempts to reproduce the issue.

Oh! Here is the location for dmp files!
"C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Galactic Civilizations III"

You may want to clear out your beta ship designs to be safe.

How do I clear out the beta ship designs?

Try here (Win7 location): C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3\Ships

This is typical of most Stardock programs these days, all standard game files in the steamapps program folder. All mods and user created units, races, etc. somewhere in the users file area.

Thanks, I will give it a try.  Submitted a ticket as well, although the .dmp file is empty, probably won't help much.

Go to your documents folder, then click on my games, then galciv3 and rename your custom ships dir.

I think that did the trick, for those having the problem it's the C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3\Designs folder you have to rename.
