[Bug][Beta 4] Ideology Accumulation Bug

For some reason, ideology points are not being spent on the traits, and build up cumulatively. Right now I get a new trait every couple of turns.

Thanks for posting your issue, a save file would be helpful. Would you kindly, submit a ticket via our support system so that I can better assist you with your issue. After following the link, run the support tool, include your steam name, describe the issue you are having and then send us the zip file to greatly speed up the process!

Aagh.

That game hung, and I never snagged a save file. If it happens again I'll get one.

Do you leave autosaves on? Maybe on of those could be used.
