Can't log in at http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit.

I tried to follow normal procedure to report a crash but I can not log in at the site. I can log in here and I can log in at stardock but your support site tells me my email or pw is wrong. When I opted for a reset, I got no email. It is not worth the hassel when I am just trying to be helpful with the beta.

You guys will get it right without my feedback if log in is going to be a big issue.

The support site works with its own login credentials.

You get a password assigned when you submit your first ticket.

On the support-site select the "Games" option, click on the "Next" button and supply the requested info (etc). After you finish, you will get a password assigned. You can use the same email address as for your account here, but it is not mandatory.
