Expanded GalaxyScenarioDef to include DLC bonuses

A simple mod for people who use galaxy forge and want to be able to use the dlc bonuses on their maps

I've made a mod of the galaxyscenariodef file which allows  people like me to force the dlc planetary bonuses to the planet of my choosing using Galaxy Forge. Be aware though, you will not be able to make use of the bonuses unless you have the DLC or you are playing with somebody who does.

Its extremely simple, so dont expect anything gamechanging, its just to make it so that people can apply their own bonuses instead of relying on them being randomized.

actually, I installed it. I have forbidden worlds but it does not appear to be doing anything.

If you read the description, youd see why, however, with the new beta, this has become obsolete anyways
