I noticed that Capitar is missing this time around, what happened?

It was eliminated quite a few betas back--4 months, perhaps? Its leader, as I recall, remains a freely available champion in the game, and a very high one, at that.

If you make a custom sovereign, Capitar is available to choose as a faction, along with Umber. And your custom sovs and factions can show up as opponents in your games.
