New Computer Download Help

I seem to remember that as a digital download game, if I changed computer, I would be able to re-download the game for my new machine.

I'm probably being a plonker, but how do I download my game? I had it on my old computer but can't find where to get it from.

 

I've downloaded stardock central, which recognises that I purchased the game, but gives an error message and can't download.

 

I've also followed the impulse link from the stardock website, but that gets me nowhere either.

For your games, you will need to download the Gamestop PC Downloads App:

http://www.impulsedriven.com/downloads/impulse_setup.exe

You mentioned it gets you nowhere, could you be more specific?  Are you getting errors?  The more details, the better.  You can also contact their support by emailing downloadsupport@gamestop.com for assistance.

SDC is outdated, but being resurrected soonish, at least in name.  In the meantime, Impulse was sold to Gamestop but will still work for all of your games purchased through it-at least, it works for me, within the past two weeks.  It appears they've fixed it now, but they had for some reason inadvertently removed the link from the main page (and it didn't appear anywhere else).
