Logons Not Working (SOLVED)

They just won't apply.....

Help!!  I just got a Toshiba Satellite L505-ES5011. It won't allow me to use a logon. I have verified that LogonStudioVista is installed correctly.

It seems to apply, there is no error message, it just don't apply.

 

Windows 7 64 Bit.

I hate to be a stick in the mud but this is in the Support forum.  As such it is no place for tomfoolery.  The new guy # 3,536,279 should be told and member # 1,461,425 should know better.:P
