Do trade goods give a race-wide or just planet bonus?

If I do trade away a trade good to another race, does the building remain on my planet? Can i build over it on that tile? If I do, what happens?

(yeah, more newbie questions. And the wiki does not have the answer, I checked.)

Heyho!

Here's your answer: All trade-goods give civ-wide bonuses. The building remains on your planet, and is not deleteable. However, if you loose that planet on which it is on, you'll also loose the bonus. However, you could contact the AI that has it and trade for it, see, works back-and-forth.

You can also trade/gift a trade good to an AI. They will receive the bonus from it, but they are not able to trade it to anyone else.
