I think we should take a vote on who should run the thread.

Personally, I think you smell worse and you're always naked. We can't have a naked man running the thread, it taints our reputation.

Also magnus333 is part of the subclan. We have to make that very clear because I am not giving him extra money. Especially after he said he would not give me a discount if I went to visit his resort.

First off, there are no caps in my name.

Second, I was like the 2nd person in the clan.

Third, I'll capitalize the GM if you give me triple the winnings instead of double.  If you took my advice on your iPhone purchase I probably saved you more than that anyway.

Fourth, I offered you not one, but TWO tents.  I challenge you to find someone else who would do that!

First, I did not take your iphone purchase advice. I bought another one the next day.

Second, I have met Demigod friends who were willing to have me stay over at their place. You don't even want me near you even though you'll be living in a mansion and you'll have 28731928372 empty rooms. You wouldn't even spare ONE for me.

Third, you make more than enough money. Why do you need to take MORE from me when you can make $200 in about 3 seconds.

Fourth, you still ignore me on msn and refuse to chat with me on vent, so I'm not sure why I'm replying to your messages.

Ninki, I don't know if you're serious about not giving magnus extra money b/c of his tag.  I hope you are joking, because that is silly.  Either way, make it clear.

The previous decision also applies to the mansion/resort issue, another topic which I know nothing about but am completely comfortable passing ruthless and inalienable judgment on.

P.S. I'm not always naked.  Just sometimes after I get out of the shower, I sit in my chair with 2 towels wrapped around me and I play a game of DG while I dry off. Usually I declare this situation, to the effect of "brb, putting on some pants".  Most people think I am joking.  I am not.

Anyway, I say we take a vote. I vote that my thread is the better thread because 1) I am cooler 2) I am more loved by the community 3) I actually stay in contact with all the GM members and 4) I will not disappear on everyone without warning.

Also I said you could maybe have a room in the off season, because it will be 100% booked during season.

Though, that said. All this public bickering is really putting your clan in a bad light. It's actually sort of a joke now. 

I will concede that your clan is certainly one of the largest concentration of skill in Demigod, so I respect you on that but it seems like all the inactive members seem to revel in putting GM in a poor light. 

It actually reminds me of BL and they were a hilarious in-joke to the Demigod community.

Also. Ninki's thread. He actually has taken the initiative managing things (if ineffectively) rather than running coups (even if Janook started this he stepped out for 4 months. It's a coup).

Unfortunately hedgie, we won't be able to take your vote into account because you're not part of the clan. Although personally I would love to take your vote into consideration.

I'm also a bit confused about your comment. We could be the joke of all clans, but there are no clans in Demigod for people to compare us to. Also, we call ourselves a clan but really we're just a small group of friends who frequently play together and one day decided to make a clan. I thought it was a good idea cause we lost a lot of good people over the year and I'm hoping that the establishment of an actual clan will retain some people.

I also didn't know BL was an actual clan. All I remember was that Orcun was part of it and... yeah I don't know anyone else.

omnicron was formally known as BL-TheKingsDagger which ran a large Clan. One of my friends, Kaustix, joined it towards the end of its lifetime. It wasn't a super-competitive clan (it was really all-welcome like CP though it did hold try outs even though they were just a formality). 

I don't see you as a joke skill-wise (like BL was where only omni and Orcun were the decent players)

Well i was in that BL clan for about a week, hoping to get some competitive games. Then left the clan because of some reasons. However i didnt care much and was quite lazy to change the tag, so i went on with the tag for about 6 months. As far as Gm goes, i agree with ninki, more than a clan it is just group of friends that play together. Demigod has never been very competitive so it is hard to talk of the whole serious clan thing. I am happy that the tag saves us from explaining that we are "premade" or friends playing together when we hosts games. I disagree with you ninki on magnus being the part of a sub-clan or whatever. Not a biggie if it is capital or small but as a man that studies aesthetics, it looks ugly magnus.

Also if Shane and i happen to win the tournament, i refuse the get the extra money from you ninki. You should buy me couple beers when i make it to Toronto one day though.

Morph, man i tried to find you on "LOL" but couldn't. On top of that you should reinstall demigod and show up once in a while. Just two games a day doesn't hurt, thats pretty much the way i play nowadays.  You got to drive the old car that you love Morph!

But I hope you all remember that I was the one who discovered magnus (formerly nicknamed as "mountain boy") and I personally requested for his addition into the clan. I MADE HIM POPULAR AND NOW HE'S TREATING ME LIKE CRAP!

I think people are taking this too seriously, I was just kidding around, hence the funnies in my post.

Also, I use two towels b/c I use one wrapped around my waist to make sure I don't get my chair or floor wet, and one wrapped around my back/shoulders so I don't get the back of my chair wet.  It's impossible to cover all necessary areas with just ONE towel.

Why don't you just wipe yourself dry when you get out of the showers? Then you won't need any towels.

Ok. Here goes.

I dont play online multiplayer games just for fun. If I was to reinstall Demigod, it would mean that I'd be back for good, spending many hours playing DG each day, and be competitive as hell.

You know, I love that old car, and all its perks, but its been quite some time since I last drove it, and I have forgotten most of its little issues and problems, and also, new cars are just awesome

But seriously though, I've said it many times, and I'll say it again, that the sheer frustration of playing DG, isnt worth it for me anymore. It requires a large amount of patience I cannot afford.

Wow, you guys are hilarious. I enjoy reading your threads more than playing Demigod. Also Morpheas, even if you dont play Demigod, u should get on vent jsut to chat, I miss asking you about what u are eating for lunch or snack. I miss Orcun's accent as well. In any case thanks for providing entertainment, u guys keep the game alive I think. I also think Zen_God should be in GM along with That Guy You Love even though my vote doesnt count just thought I would mention that.

^Your vote does count, but we were thinking of getting another clan started up by RAWRRRR and Kalel so you guys can join. There's more of a discussion in the other GM thread.

I also did ask Koush to join, but apparently he made a clan a long time ago called the Boxxy clan, which him and renz were a part of. Renz is with us now so he's a 1-man clan and refuses to move.

I also did ask Zen_God (very indirectly) but he refuses to give me some sort of alternate method of contacting him besides Demigod (xfire, msn or facebook usually). That is one of the requirements to join the clan just so I can nag you if you've disappeared.
