Man, I don't think I would have picked any of those dogs!  Just shows how people disagree.

I agree a Battlefield game should be there.  I'd vote for Battlefiled 1942 though.  I'd also put Sins in there since it is the MOO of this decade....

i LOL'd when i saw that freaking WII SPORTS?!?!? made it!!! if wii sports made it, then wheres sins? starcraft? (sure, it wasnt made this decade, but COME ON, it has its own professional league in korea!), killzone 2, things like that?

wii sports is a embarrasment to be on that list... i mean, its kinda addicting, expecially boxing, but after playing you're left like "wtf?" i just wasted a good bit of my life..

Wii= Have fun with family.

Sins = Play alone at home

Wii sports deserves it.   The whole thing with using more of your body, simulating real strokes, the inertial detectors in the controllers--that's revolutionary.  It's all about thinking outside the box, and the Wii is outside the box.  Sins isn't.

The decade isn't over yet.  The new decade starts 2011.  Think about it.

You might want to be the person thinking about it. For most people, the previous decade was January 1 2000 to December 31 2009, which is ten years. Unless your decade started in 2001, you'd have an 11 year decade there...

that´s the same mistake there ;)

actually, our "modern" timeline started with the year one (not zero), which means after year one, one year has passed (obviously :D ).

following that, after 10 years, one decade has passed, a century after 100 years, and a millenium after 1000 years.

and, of course, two millenia after 2000 years .. meaning, december 31st 2000.

anyway, back to topic.

i´d definitely have at least one of the battlefield series in there, too.

then, what about fallout 3? this game has brought soo many hours of extremely great gameplay atmoshpere to me.

Yeah, but when you're talking about the 1950's, you're talking about 1950-1959, the 90's are 1990-1999, etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decade Either way works, but I think most people do it the way I suggested, because the your way is more cumbersome. "The decade from 1991 to 2000" vs. "The 90's"

The same can be said when refering to millenia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Millennium
