800ms in all Pantheon games this tournament

So, I played 5 games since the pantheon reset 2 days ago, all of the games I had human players in, I was linked to a least one player with 800ms ping. Hence extremely laggy games - not fun.

I have played a lot of games since release, and only just started having this problem the last 2 days (aka pantheon reset + demo release).

I am not using the /serverproxyonly tag, and I am from the EU, so proxies should not need to be used for connecting me to the vast majority of other players.

This is a really annoying problem, I am fairly confident it is not from my side, and it makes the game unplayable for me online.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem, or anyone have a workaround?

its the proxies, anyone who gets proxied has really high pings.

I think this started about 3 days ago, I suspect the euro proxy is down and people get proxied through australia -.-

Well every single game I have played so far, I have been proxied then.
To Australia.
At the moment, the game is unplayable for me until this is fixed.

One day I hope this game becomes brilliant, but the constant bugs + exploits + problems are just unbelievable for a retail game.

I think I am going to take a break from Demigod for a while...

I had no playable games in pantheon either.

Everytime there is someone with proxie even if the connection screen didn't showed it, which is odd.

My last game everyone had ~300 ping but no joke: the game lasted 60 minutes, ingame it were just 25 minutes.

I will at least stop playing pantheon & skirmish till the connection problems of demigod are solved.

I really like demigods concept and all but like ShakeNBake said there are many problems that stop one from enjoing it.

Sadly this reminds me of Hellgate: London.

A game with a awesome concept. Could have become Diablo in 3D + a great story.

But a very long list of minor problems stoped it from beeing anything but mediocre.

With strong competitors like LoL and HoN Demigod will have a hard time not to run out of players.

I really hope Demigod will NOT be flagshipped.

I also had Hellgate: London hehe
I remember the first time I played it, I had no idea what instances were, and the chat system was an epic failure.
It was a brilliant game, but due to continued bugs and problems and many unfullfilled promises, the game failed and the developer was disbanded. There was way too much hype generated for the game.

Demigod tried to capitalise on DotA's success. Most people who hear about Demigod hope for a game which beats DotA. Sadly I believe most players have returned to DotA a long time ago due to the amount of problems with this game.

:'(

I really hope Demigod gets fixed up one day.
v1.2 looks promising.

As long as the 2 new demigods don't totally ruin the balance, and then the developers/producers decide to call it a day.

:( HgL, owww, it was an awsome game, awsome, with lots of bugs, especially for Hardcore, that I played. snif, good game, nice memory there.

I agree with the above posters, sadly.

I was really excited about hell gate london too but chose not to pick it up because of the reviews re:bugs.  I thought it would be the next diablo... oh well. Also, crap... I responded because I thought this was a hellgate london thread.  Sry OP!
