how to get refund ( paypal )

first of all, im sorry to ask for it, as i tought it would be the next big game after DOTA.

 

hi, i bought the game via paypal on ur site, is it possible to get a refund and when yes, how i can get a refund?

multiplayer is not working at all, the p2p system is horribly WHY do u use p2p?!?!

massive ingame spikes make this game unplayable, and other issues u can see in the forum.

Are you running the latest beta patch?  It has improved connectivity a lot.  In-game lag spikes are the fault of the player in almost all cases. 

You can email sales@stardock.com if you want to inquire about a refund though.

yes i was testing the beta patch too, its bader then the orginal version ... getting disconnected in the lobby NAT ERROR.. yes ports are opened!!... thanks i will write a email to them . :(

Ports opened, do you have google opened up? If you do close it.

Try this out, goto run>msconfig>click on diagnostic startup restart pc.

Run demigod, If that works its somethen that is running in normal mode.

Now run>msconfig>normal startup restart pc

Now here is the pain in the arse part, if it did run in diagnostic mode

Goto msconfig click on startup disable everything and start enablen 1 at a time( you will need to restart pc everytime u enable 1) try to play demigod after you enable 1 program and yes if demigod did not work make sure u disable the one you enabled last time. If it worked you can keep that program enabled and do this till you find the program that stops demigod to work.

Yes this is a painful task but this is the only way to find out if the program that is in conflict of demigod.

no need to do that, im not stupid.. im network administrator at a known hardware company, so i think i have much knowledge how to make it work and how not...
