A player has left the game!

Really? I mean every single Pantheon game I have joined in the past two daysI've had the game I CANNOT JOIN HUMANS.  I joined one this afternoon where it was 3 humans vs computers.  The game went great and we won, I just tried to join a 3v3 and everyone left so I am alone with the cpus.  Everytime I am against a human player they will drop upon the loading screen.  With the great.. A PLAYER... A PLAYER.. A PLAYER HAS LEFT THE GAME.

 

Hell even custom games will drop people.  I've noticed if the game starts to slow down or people hit a few lag spikes, it'll split people and drop them from the game.

 

Is there something I am missing?  I can play against my friends on custom fine, but any 3v3 matches people start to drop left and right from.

I just left a post entitled "People... for the love of Christ."  In that post I stated this very problem, i.e. this game obviously has connectivity issues and everyone knows it.  As such, you seriously increase the odds of "a player has left the game" when you have these 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, and 6v6 matches.  Why?  Simply because you are contending with more people.

To lower the odds of "a player has left the game" and increase the odds of actually being able to get a game online with other people, there should be many more 2v2 matches, and far fewer of these 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, etc.

After I left this post, I was flamed like 10 times, and then the post was apparently deleted (thank God) as I haven't been able to locate it since.  But yeah, my advice is that most people should try to host as small of a game as they can possibly host.

yes i have the same problem for me... after the latest patch every time i try to join a skirmish game it says "Player has left the game" and the game loads up with all AI
