Manual for digital download?

Sorry for stupid question, but I can not find manual anywere for digital download. Any help? I can't even find anyone asking this question...

The manual should be in your bin folder where the game is installed. If it isn't, get it here.

Thanks! It is in the bin folder, found it!

It is just somemwhat strange to find it in the "bin" folder, which stands for "binary" if I am not mistaken. That's why I could not find it.
