its been over 24 hours, how long do we wait now?

20 games, my games are 45 minutes - an hour long, that's about 18 hours of gameplay in one week. At least that shows the game is good right?

300 games of DOW2 in a week??  You could make a lot of money in the mmo gold farming community, based partly on your lack of a requirement for sleeping.  

took a little over 40 hours for those 300 games and probly another 5 or so waiting in between matchs, but even if.

I sleep 6 hours a day work 3 hours a day 7 days a week. that leaves plenty of time for my hoby and my kids.Dont know why you think i have a lack of sleep.

As far as game time, my avg games are around 30m, some longer some shorter, heck had one go 14m  and had one great 2v3 game go for an hour and half before we won it. but most are between 15-45m.

20 games out of 100+ trys is NOT GOOD in anyway what so ever. thats less then 20% ratio, and out of those 20 games over hal where vrs AI since the other team got droped or quit when they saw they where alone with AI.

6 hours of sleep is pretty much sleep depervation as far as I'm conserned

Ok, maybe you guys should start ignoring the OP lifestyle and focus on the point he's trying to make which is actually valid? But on the otherh and, he's just whining and his thread makes no difference on how fast the game is gonna be fixed. That's a tough one...

nah we are a gaming family we have 4 companys every console handhelds etc.. we all 4 play wow togher as well.

Whiteskull I think I played one game a couple days ago with you. It was you on one team with me playing Oak (for the first time ever) and some other guy playing Reg who im not sure what he was doing. By the time I started figuring out the character a bit it was too late we were too far behind etc. Was a good game though as we had a couple good spars etc.

In all honesty I havent really tried that many more online games yet. Been trying to play a bunch of skirmishes to figure out which characters I can play the best with and that fit my playstyle. Since Im stuck with Lightside on the Pantheon right now been trying them out. I suck with the healing cat chick. reg the sniper just doesnt appeal to me for some reason. So that leaves Rook and Oak....Rook I just seem to be a bit better with. So guess Im going to stick with him for now.

Anyway...if you had been keeping up with posts you would have read the Day 2 update yesterday in that they worked a couple days there to get an update out yesterday that helped alot. They said to expect another update next week. I think they are working hard on it....just have to cut them a bit of slack.

Hey tek ya i remember that game, was useing TB then had the advantge early mid game, then late i could not kill you nor run from you for the world lol.

but this post was not really ment for startdock/gpg  but more for the fanboys who riped anyone including gamespot for complaining about the MP and saying it was gona be fixed in 24 hours etc.. fact remain the problems been there since beta and is still here  on friday i will give it till the next patch if its not better gona just write my loss off and sale it on ebay and go back to dow2.

2patches 1 week of release. SURE they show no sign of progress.

Some people require less sleep then others. I know a guy who sleeps like 4 hours a night and is wired. Also see Chip Foose, that guy NEVER sleeps.

They are releasing a BROKEN Game and you are like "they patched it 2 times in 2 days!!!".

I don't care if they patch it over 9000 times in 1 day if the game is still BROKEN!

yeah its broken so much that it deserve  what it gets (bad review and all)

i like the game in lan mode, but never see an online so broken

DoW2 was broken until like a week or two ago. Yeah, you could play but TS Matching was broken, population cap bug made matches unplayable and Tyranid were so OP'd it wasn't funny. Dunno how you could stand to play 300 matches.

People like you are hurting Computer Games, why? because for you it is "O.K." for companies to release broken games and maybe fixing it l8ter on.  If it is "O.K." to do that, why don't do it all the time? Releasen even more broken games untill the day you go into a store and buy a ticket for a game that maybe will be coded in the near and/or distant future @_@

And those who expect perfection are here from wc3 and sc. Your not korean stop whining because you can't show the world your leetness.

The game isnt broken because you can actually play it.  Many people are successfully playing it.  You cant call it broken.
