audio cue's not implemented?

is it just me, or do attacks that have cast time not have any audio cue's?  would help if trying to time an intercept.

for example, when playing as rook, the audio cue for the hammer can be: FALCON..... PAUNCH!! :p

it's not just you but it is not a problem you can easily see that the rook will use hammer slam when he lift it above his head. With a sound cue it would be too easy to predict what comes next.

but im saying in general, because can you really see regulus charge up his snipe in a mass of demigods and minions?  I mean if you're going to give TB a skill that can interupt, wuts the point if you cant even see the 2 second animation

Also, it's a charge ability, there is no predicting cause either the ability completes or is aborted.  predicting comes before the sound animation where u have decided whether to be in range to interupt the ability or not.

an audio cue would just help make one more aware of the big mess on their screen.

?

I hear rook's sound effect for the hammer, it's that wooshing sound followed a low soft crash. I hear the spit SE from Unclean Beast's abilities as well.

You could not be hearing it because:

  • Your sound settings (OS) are configured for a different number of channels than your in-game settings or your current speaker configuration
  • Your sound card or chipset may not support enough voices to play all of the in-game sounds concurrently
