Despite the incredible graphics, the Demigod engine is very efficient allowing it to run smoothly on older hardware (this screenshot was taken on a ThinkPad).

You tease. >:(

I've always wondered though, why is the artifact shop partially demolished?

There will be new cutscene :O? Where, how?

Lol, you can tell it uses the SupCom engine, as the game lobby looks exactly the same (layout wise, not graphics wise).

And now I understand why the SupCom map editor had miniscule map sizes (while the smallest stock map was 256 by 256, there were other options in the editor, such as 128 by 128, and 64 by 64).

I see the vampire in 1 of the screenshots, is he also back because only TB was mentioned?

I think artifacts are found/recovered items, From ruins or old places that have been dug up. I don't know how Demigods fit through the door to buy things lol.

I wonder about something Demigod uses the same engine as SupCom but I still think SupCom´s graphic´s are better

Is this right or are my eyes seriously damaged

This  xD  Honestly, to each their own and artwork is often a matter of taste, but I think the Demigod graphics are much better, much more detailed.  One of my friends couldn't believe it's the same engine, because he hates the look of SupCom.

* ah I see Unclean Beast at both Forces of Light and Forces of Darkness. This means all demigods can be played regardless of which Forces you join.

 * Also that guy with pointy ears in one picture is the Vampire Lord. This means all demigods can be played!

* There will be 7 maps be playable according to one picture!

Looking forward to Beta 3!

I'm wondering if that's just a skirmish game - as opposed to a tournament game...If so we haven't had confirmation one way or other...

I installed the Beta before and my system couldn't bear it (although it should run at a AMD Athlon X2 3800+ , 2GB and ATI Radeon 9550 with 256 MB). Since the ingame doens't just lagged but show me some weird textures, I gues its about something with the graphic card. Will their be some updates with the graphic cards supported by the game or do I need a new one ?

They should rework the look of the map selection.

You have a huge placekiller, filled with only a few entries :-/

An ATI 9550 isn't just an "older" card, it's absolutely ancient.  You will need at least an ATI X1650 really.

I think what actually happens is, regardless of who is placed on what team (anyone can fight anyone), the team scores online are between the light demigods and the dark demigods.

Example:

first match of the tournament is Unclean Beast (dark) and Regulus (light) v Oak (light) and Regulus (light)

the teams don't actually care what alignment they are.

Lets say at the end of the match the scores are:

Unclean Beast (dark): 105

Regulus (light): 110

Oak (light): 25

Regulus (light): 25

The online score between light and dark would be:

LIGHT: 160

DARK: 105

I believe that this is how it is going to work, but I could be wrong.
