My registration for Entrenchment has expired

For no good reason

I logged in to Impulse yesterday and found there was a new patch for SoaSE and Entrenchment available.  Naturally I tried to start the update process - only to have Impulse tell me that my registration for Entrenchment is not valid.  This is very odd, as I know for a fact that my registration code has not changed and it was working earlier.

To make matters worse, after the update process finished SoaSE won't launch.  It loads a black screen and then crashes.

Just what is going on?  Why has my registration code for Entrenchment expired?

Your Entrenchment was under a different e-mail (culbergjl@xxxxx) than your base game, I've merged these into one account, now under the 'darkking@' e-mail addy.

Launch Impulse and you should be able to update.

If we do change our email is there something we should do in our software lists?

If you have changed your e-mail address by accessing your 'My account' data, just make sure that Impulse also has that e-mail address. Click on the blue SD logo, choose 'Change Login' and reenter your new e-mail in the 'Account Name' Field, reenter your PW and click 'Login'.
