Trouble after uninstalling and reinstalling game

After uninstalling GalCiv II, Twilight would not run. Reinstalled GalCiv II but it comes up with error message - reinstall the game from Stardock Central. It is already installed from Impluse. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall all the programs again to get it to run on my laptop? (They are all onthe desktop and run fine -- just can't run it on the laptop).

Thanks for any advice or help.

TA requires both DL and DA to be present in order to function. If something was broken by reinstalling DL, it should sort itself out if you remove all three and install them again in order.
