New Page Not updating

Originally posted in the Main Galciv Forum because, in other news, the "Forum Issues" Forum doesn't show up on my page (Shows on the off-topic drop down list, but not the main page) and I never knew it was here until Mumblefratz kindly redirected me.

That said, I noticed that a post of mine was showing in my postings, and the third page was visible if you manually edited the URL and went there, but the thread didn't acknowledge a third page for about 45 minutes.

Thought this might be an indicator of a deeper and more significant problem/bottleneck in the forum software so I thought it might be worth mentioning.
