Galciv fansite complete.

My Galciv fansite is complete.
But there has been some major changes to it.
The site is in the format of a forum.
The site's name has been changed.

Not to sound harsh, but I wouldn't call a site with titles like 'Test category', 'Test forum' and 'galaxian theme' finished.
