TA Download stuck in a loop

Anyone else have problems downloading the TA beta? The download just starts over again after it reaches 99%. I've left it running for 12 hours in which it repeated many times. I purchased the preorder and have restarted both Stardock and the computer and the problem persists. Any suggestions? Is it possible to download and install outside of the Stardock Central interface?
