Error 12 on metaverse posting of games

Did you perhaps change your email address? I think this can cause a problem, if so changing it back to the email that the account was opened with may correct the problem. Otherwise did you update the game between starting the game and submitting it? This has also been known to cause problems, although I think Kryo mentioned that this shouldn't be the issue in the latest rev.

Thanks, I will have to do that. It was a looong game with a tech victory by me with 1 planet remaining before they wiped me out. Would be a shame to lose that one to a bug issue ((

Sounds like a cool way to grab victory from the jaws of defeat.   

Yeah it was a really schweet game. I was working my diplomatic skills like crazy and focused on expanding to as many colonies to crank out research points, but in hindsight I screwed up. I didnt even build a military until it was almost too late. I started research on one of the earlier boxes along the tech path victory and out of nowhere the Terrans, the Korx, and the Drath declared war on me within 2 turns. The only thing that really saved me was an event that resulted in me getting a Pre-Cursor Ranger ship that was rocking. I almost surrendered when I got to the last tech and saw that it would take 55 turns. Then I got the last random anomoly that advanced current tech by 25 percent and I held on for the win with 1 planet left. It was pretty cool.

I think I might start a thread where people can post memorable victories or losses. Is there one like that already?
