How do you get Cheat Codes to work in 1.4x?

Make sure the shortcut is pointing to galciv2.exe (the game itself) rather than the launcher--cheats are still there and working.

What does it matter to you if he cheats in single player, my goodness lighten up. Its his game and were put in if people wanted to use them.
