Questions on the manual

Some commetns and questions on the manual.

- The manual states that HQ's cost X amount to build plus Y per week. In reality they cost X to build and GENERATE Y per week. Is this correct?

- The manual states that full HQ's ($1M) give a moveable campaigner. I assume this is not yet implemented.

- The manual explains what the various attributes mean but not what the terms mean. For example in fund raising, what's the difference between streetwise and astute?

- The manual says that campaigning raises your profile. Does it in any way affect the issues? If my candidate keeps campaigning on social welfare, will htis start to bring this to the fore front of peoples minds and make it an important topic? If not then why not? Surely this is what politicians do all the time. They raise a topic and make it important so that other topics they don;t want to focus on get forgotton.

Yes.  We decided that head quarters should have the benefit of actually bringing in more campaign contributions.

Full HQ do create a political operative you can move around.

I agree, even I don't know the difference on those. I'll look into that.

Yes: It will raise your awareness in the state by (I believe) 5% AND it will affect your position on the issue by .25 points + 15% as well as affect your target audience by .25 + 15% + Charisma bonus (up to another 25%).

Will these details (numerical formulas) be explained in the final manual?

Speaking of HQ, there really needs to be an adjustment by state wealth. Should a HQ in Delaware and California both bring in $10,000 and cost $250,000? It feels ridiculous to be building an HQ in all the small states for the +$10,000 bonus.
