Mind Control Center Non-Sense...

So correct me if I'm wrong, but now the MCC actually gives +100% econ to ALL planets ?

I thought evil was over-powered when it just affected the one planet, did good get something to balance this ? (i assume un-documented since i didn't see this in the log)

I actually liked it better when it was basically a second capital. It was more strategic, this thing can now be built on a mud world...

Why not change it so it actually does what it's supposed to ? (culturely flip planets)

yea I wish it would work the way it says it's suppoused to, although that might actually be too powerful because even though you'd still have to do the work of placing influence starbases, it would cause a wave of planetflipping to go through like wildfire.

It always was +100% econ to all worlds, not just one - you probably just didn't notice before.

I second the notion that +100% economy is way over the top for the MCC.

I'd prefer it to do what it was meant to do instead: Increase the likelihood of planet defections. Throw in an advantage when attacking foreign planets maybe, and it will be more than enough.

The +100 economy bonus isn't intended--the problem is that since the 'flipping speed' effect is not in the game, the effect is defaulted to economy.
