Planets with "Choices" -- Good vs. Evil

Good/Neut/Evil. Does anyone know where to find out what choice you made on a particular planet? (When the choice arises?).

ie. I land and "Sentient Life, blah blah blah..." and I decide one one course or another for the development of that world. A one time shot. Where can I find out what I chose for that planet unless I write it down on paper?

Would be really nice to know -- especially on huge/gigantic Galaxies.

No way to know which path you took specifically, but if it applied a permanent bonus or penalty to that planet you can simply click the 'Details' button on the planet screen to see any modifiers being applied to the planet.
