Crime,Cabinet, and Interest Rates

I'm modding my perfect race so I can have a kickass battle with the Maschaotic humans and I find three thing that I don't know what they do.

Crime-Something with morale?

Cabinet- your party votes?

Interest rates- something to do with buying ships, but I don't know what it does in full.

Goverment- ???

What do these do? Thanks

Crime and cabinet are vestigal abilities that are not used but not entirely removed, so just ignore them. Interest rates ability reduces the number of weeks you have to pay on loans when you buy ships/improvements over time. I'm not sure about Government, whether it picks a default party or is another vestigal ability.

On Goverment, it looks like you type in numbers...I'll experiment later with this Kyro.

P.S. On your hull mod with the dreadlord jewelry, I couldn't get the blank hull or the dreadlord jewelry to work. However, I got the fake troop mod stuff.
