Bad discription?

On the final research tech for farms, Advanced Farming, it says "good for morale to". It doesn't really help morale, but shouldn't it? Like the stock markets, it should have a 10% morale bonus which would make it even more powerful.

Is this just a bad discription, or did the devs plan to have this and decided against it?

Well fed people are happy.

But instead of keeping everyone well fed, you cut rations in half and feed twice the number of people with the same amount of food. They get pissed.

Kanil is right. It significantly REDUCES your morale, in truth.

I think they should give it a small (5%) bonus to morale to offset the suck factor, but that might actually be unbalancing, so meh. Really, the research text is what should be changed.
