The New Parties

I see them but how do I apply them?

In the latest patch report I read that there are two new political parties. I didn't see them. Now that I'm sleuthing aroung Galciv 2's files I found the file.

I've found the file that has Totalitarians and Expansionists so how do I make them useable?

At present they can only be used by switching on the mods section, not very handy for those of us who play MV games only! Hopefully this will be addressed in 1.21!!

I wouldn't think so. CariElf said that they are imbalancing and won't be available unmodded, in answer to one of your posts in https://forums.galciv2.com/index.aspx?ForumID=345&AID=119197#924000

I'm sure when/if there are new parties, they would come with an expansion

There are new parties. In fact they are in the latest patch but, for some reason, they are not being displayed in the game.
