! Removed old methods of adding objects
* Tweaked localization support
+ Added Planet Tool; add planets quickly with preset or random settings; planets will attach to the nearest star.
+ Added Resource Tool; add resources quickly with preset or random types.
+ Added Ship Tool: add ships quickly with preset or random types and owners.
+ Added Star System Tool; add complete star systems with preset or random settings; system will generate star and planets based of the settings on the Star & Planet tools.
+ Added CustomPlanets.xml Tool; add star systems from your CustomPlanets.xml file quickly!
+ Added completely random placment for star system planets; no more of the repetitive 5-point layout.
? Double-Click anywhere on the map after selecting a tool to place an object.

v1.2.22r (Build: 3189) was released today. There is no setup available, just download the version above and run the Auto-Updater shortcut.

Nice!

One issue, It will not let me specify a mods folder no matter what path I type. Is this feature enabled? Sorry if it's been asked/ answered; this program is new to me.

You can click browse to set the directory. Currently it's ignored, but will be enabled once 1.1 is out.
