Should I buy it

I saw this game at the store but it did not say how much space is required to install. Min is 32mb derict X 9.0c gfx card.
I have a 16mg Vanta/Vanta LT gfx card that supports 3d games. If i put all the settings to low will the game work?
Also how much HD space is needed..

That video card won't cut it. It is just wayyyyy to old and doesn't support DirectX 9 (and probably not even 7). The latest Nvidia drivers don't support the Vanta and even the latest, greatest video cards need the updated drivers. Sorry. On the bright side you can get a very good Nvidia or ATI for under $100 these days.

HD space is about 1.5 gigs I believe. More for saved games and if you install any mods and such.

If you have a Vanta I'd be worried about the rest of your computer as well, what are your CPU and memory specs?

I just purchased a 256MB Geforce FX5500 for just $50. It's DirectX 9 compliant; it's a 4x/8x AGP card. Good video cards are pretty cheap these days if you're not too concerned about power gaming.

well i got the game and it wont install. I just dont know know by uninstalling items your HD space well go down. I cant even test it on my video card hmmm I was not worried becasue i was able to play other games with this video card like homeworld and homewould cata. The homeworld 2 demo would not start on my pc. I well see how much sapeace I can free and have every settign in game set to the lowest.

New vid cards can be had for wayless then $100.00 at Newegg.com and Tiget direct.com. Now these wont be super cards or anything like that, but Tiger had a XFX GF6200 for like 60 bucks in thier monthly catalog last month. And on a side note, I hate Tiger now. So check out Newegg first , hehe.

In the $100.00 range you can get a name brand (XFX, BFG etc) NvidaGF 6600. Which is a fairly nice card. For about $150.00 (often less) you can get a 6800 gt or gtx.

P.S. had a bad experiance with Tiger which was NOT handled to my satisfaction. I listed them basicly so you could make your own choice and they are a good place if nothing else to comparison shop. Some swear by them, I swear at them

As others have indicated, the game won't work on your machine as it is. It's below the minimum specs.
