Destroying starbases and still losing resources

... I was hoping that the bug would be fixed for savegames as well.

I'm near the end of a long game on easy (yes I'm a noob) and it's just me and the Terrans. I just downloaded and installed the patch. This was in the notes:

+ Fix for when a starbase is destroyed and being unable to build another star base on it


So is this just fixed for new games? Just curious?

Oh, and to clarify, the resources disappear as well when I destroy the starbase. Not even a sign of them. If I destroy a starbase on a resource should it be destroyed as well? This was true before and after the patch.

Strange, but there don't seem to be any anomalies anymore as well. Maybe I should start a new game to see if I even have resources or anomalies... Strange.

Well. When I start a new game it seems that resources and anomalies show up just fine. I'm guessing it's a bugged save. I will copy the savegame and send it to someone if they want it. Meanwhile I'm going to start a whole new game.
