Some minor things for your consideration

First of all, I want to say: The game looks great. I can't wait to play some more.
Before I dash off to work, here are some minor issues I'd like the development team to consider:
- Should ownership appear in unrevealed parts of the galactic mini-map? It does now, which seems a bit odd, and defeats one of the purposes of exploration: Finding where your opponents are.
- Tool tips don't appear if you hold the mouse stationary over a hot spot/button. The tips only appear after you move the mouse slightly. This behaviour is somewhat weird and unexpected, especially if you compare it with the way tool tips work in Windows.
- The mouse scroll wheel should work consistently when the mouse point is over *any* scrollable region. Right at the beginning of the game, in the Quarterly Report... the scroll wheel does nothing. But it works fine on the tutorial menu. There are probably other places where the scroll wheel should work, but doesn't.
- I was surprised to see no confirmation when my autopilot colony ship arrived at its destination. It colonized the planet right away. If I'd right-clicked on that planet by accident and thrown away a colony ship as a result, I don't imagine I'd have been too happy.
