I'm amazed at how little I have heard over this, The concept seems amazing and I will love to play it!

I do however have a few questions.

I have gathered it will be sold on TG.net, So that brings up the following question:

Will it be:

A. Paypermonth

B. One Off (Oh please let it be this one.)

Secondly: When will work commence in ernest? The journals havent been updated for ages (And indeed only once) and I would like to learn more.

Hey Rian.

From what I've gathered about Society, it will be free to play, but with extra content and option being available for people who subscribe. But there will be no "One Off" payment as far as I know

I've been playing OGame for a while now, and while it's free there is a Commander subscription available for it and it costs $10 for 3 months. For Commander you get improved empire management, larger message inbox and most importantly, completion times for projects and arival times for fleets are displayed!

Apperantly, work on Society should be commencing for ernest now! They (the developing team) were all busy finishing Galactic Civilization 2 and as soon as that was finished they were going to devote their entire (hopefully?) resources on Society. I only wish I knew when we'll be seeing the game in Stardock Central..
