Is it too late yet to get the "extras" that come with pre-ordering?

I won't bore anyone with the details as to why, but I wound up having to cancel my original pre-order for the game. I'm going to replace my pre-order either tomorrow or Friday regardless, but I just wanted to know if I'll still be able to get the extra goodies (Tech tree, extra ship pieces, etc.) at this point. Please tell me I'm not too late!!

Well technically you would still be preordering until 0001 on the 21st of Feb. So I would think so. All we got to do was preload the game so that on the 21st we only download a small file. We dont have the game yet.
