Alright,
I'm new to TBS games and GalCiv2 looked like my favorite web-based empire building(TBS?) games put to 3d graphics..so I submitted a retail order... well I got an error and the page said to try 1 more time with the same information, and if that didn't work to e-mail support...
OK, so I tried it a second time with the same information and it didn't work, so I emailed support with my error... well, I have not gotten a reply(and its been days) from support... but apparently even when there is an error in the order the charges go through!
I see charges on my card's transaction history for $44.95..the exact price of GalCiv2, right? and since it is still pre-auth I have no clue if it is actually from the galciv order but being as the transactions went through on exactly the same day and are for exactly the same ammount, it must be...anyways.. I would like to know why I have gotten no reply to my order error, and why I am being charged for 2 orders when the order process never completed?
