Error Registering - Serial not valid

Hello,

Recently I purchased a still sealed in plastic physical CD in original packaging, Galactic Civilization Ultimate Edition. I have no problem installing the game on my old Windows XP machine. However, to download patches I need to register the game. When I attempt to register I get:

Error

The serial entered is not valid.

I also have a physical DVD of Galactic Civilizations II Ultimate Edition. When I try to register it so I can download patches and etc I get the same error above.

Even though the serial code for both games 100% worked installing them. I assume then the serial codes are somehow already considered used or expired?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps, you can raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
