A few comments and questions on v0.45

Hi,

A few comments and questions after playing in a "Parsec" size with a "small" sector on "Easy". Just wanted to discover this game after quite some time since my last GalCiv 3 game.

- the top screen info is confusing. With all the rare ressources, the important information (money, trade, happiness, ...) somehow doesn't stand out.

- My tourism stayed at zero (it was between 0 and 0.5 on most of my core worlds). An issue? or something I forgot?

- Strangely I didnt have access to any military ship size above tiny

- Not sure about the role of ministers after the initial investment and initial bonus.

It may sound a bit negative, so to be clear, it was overall very enjoyable! Continue the great work!I will try the latest version today.

Military ships above tiny do not exist yet. You will have to design them yourself. There should be a button in the shipyard that takes you where you design new ships. You can use an existing ship template if you don't want to put one together yourself, so you can skip strait towards adding modules and other ship components.
