I ordered a new license for Fences 3 on 11/29/2018

And I have not yet received an activation key.  Yes I submitted requests using the direct support email as well as submitted using the online form.  Have not heard back,  I do not see the new key in the license email list as well. The online form reports back to me that there is some sort of fraud situation.  

Can someone escalate this please and call me back?

I simply want my activation key.

Any word on a resolution?   Should I contact my credit card company and tell them that the product license key was never delivered?

Hi, I had this problem also, I have received the confirmation email but the activation key section is blank. Any word on a fix?

No word.  I wonder if they are out during the holidays?  I'm going to give them a week to get back with me then I'll have to take other actions.

Hi, I have tried everything but my key is still not there. I have refreshed the page, clicked on all the links, everything, but the purchase from 31/12 has no key associated with it.

please help

Its because I have fat fingers and did not hit the submit button after I added it...
