The title says it all. I rage quit last night when the AI beat me, but then when I booted it back up today I get the defeat screen with an un-clickable restart mission button.
could you post the save? did you have Ironman turned on?
Well Jesus I had to make a new Stardock account because the email to validate my original account never came and I get an error trying to resend it.
Anyways, no I didn't have ironman mode on.

This bug is fixed now. (You'll have to start a new campaign, however.)
