Would the following work to restrict the building of modules to a particular faction (using Terran as an example:
<Prerequ> <Faction> <Option>Terran</Option> </Faction> </Prerequ>
Doubt it, though I'd need to check the schema to be sure. But everything else faction specific goes via the tech trees.
