I am playing with the Terrans, my empire is larger than the Drengins, but Dregins have equal or slightly superior force. Due to my concentration of force, I am generally winning battles and taking around 6 to 8 plants from the Drengins. I ask them for peace asking for 5 planets they say no, I up my demand and say yes, as I up the demand it flip flops between yes and no. In the end I demand for like 40 planets leaving them two and they accept. Same game the did the same with the Iconians too.

I started the game during beta. I don't think this is the way it's supposed to be. A) the decision flipflopping is in order, the situation while hopeless (due to my concentration of force running logistics 60 fleets versus their small fleets) was nowhere near serious, but they still threw in the towel.
