Is there a way to make a tooltip is always displayed at the same location on the screen?This tooltip is always displayed at this position, ex: x: 200 pixels, y: 400 pixels (x: 0, y: 0 for the top left of the screen, the screen origin). ***** If that is not possible, consider it as a request. *****
I don't see this ever being implemented.At first I thought you were asking to have a Tooltip on a tile, but this "feature" seems useless.
Honestly, I could see it being used for a mod that's a staple in the Sid Meier's Civilization series: the "Simple Clock" mod. Although it'd still have to find a way to hook into the system clock, which I think we can't do (for now, at least)
