I have read here in the past that GC3 is using the SteamWorks facilities for gathering pertinent data about GC3 programming exceptions and transmitting the pertinent files to StarDock for evaluation.
Just today, I asked about this in the GC3 chat room and was told I should open StarDock tickets anyway and run a data gathering tool to create a zip file to attach to the ticket.
So what gives? Is the SteamWorks support working or not? Or is the Steamworks support lacking in some way? How does this all affect what we report and how to report it?
