Don't play on Ancient Gifts....
lol its pretty much the map i was playing on 
any way it dosent relevant becuse i started a new game on a diffrent map and still with the same issue.
every time i tryed to i press on a planet on a diffrent star system
i get this message on the bouttum left of the screen that saids.
" is no valid phase space route has being discovered"
im playing as TEC Rebels....
so what kind of reserch im soppoust to do in order to get passed it?
and another question... can StarBases be built on planets you do not own?
