After LH has its official launch tomorrow, I hope the Stardock staff gets a well deserved rest.   Of course, there will be the need for patches after launch but a lot of that has been done already.

Down the road I am hoping for two pathways from Stardock on the EF:LH game family:

1. Another game in the series.   Possibly a further expansion.   It would be very neat if this one added big things like more variety in terms of starting races (elves, orcs, or perhaps some completely new ones invented by Stardock.    Given the current solid game foundation and some imagination there are all sorts of things that could be done.   I would love to see a community thread on what types of major things should be added.     This new game would possibly be at least a year or more away.

2. The second pathway should be  shorter term:   DLC.     LH is perfectly made for added content like:

a. more monsters

b. more loot (really good magic armor sets anyone?)

c.  more spells

d. more summoned creatures

You get the idea.    I for one would be ready to buy DLC for LH as soon and often as possible.    This might help Stardock re-coop some of the cash they are down from their unbelievably great action in giving all of the initial EWOM purchasers two free expansions.

If you folks agree then we should compliment Stardock on the LH launch and then let them know we would like to buy more............
